Key Points

  • Generative A.I. isn’t replacing jobs. Instead, it’s enhancing employee experiences in various aspects.
  • Gaining employee trust with new technology can become challenging, so it is up to executives to pilot the technology first before being extremely transparent with their workers in how it will work.
  • Accuracy with data that A.I. generates is a concern. It is important that employee’s fact check information.
  • Companies are starting to use generative A.I. to elevate customer experience when it comes to shopping, customer service lines, etc.
  • Using generative A.I. for recruiting processes, unintended bias may become an issue.
