Key Points

  • Generative A.I. isn’t replacing jobs. Instead, it’s enhancing employee experiences in various aspects.
  • Gaining employee trust with new technology can become challenging, so it is up to executives to pilot the technology first before being extremely transparent with their workers in how it will work.
  • Accuracy with data that A.I. generates is a concern. It is important that employee’s fact check information.
  • Companies are starting to use generative A.I. to elevate customer experience when it comes to shopping, customer service lines, etc.
  • Using generative A.I. for recruiting processes, unintended bias may become an issue.

CNBC CEO Council Summit

CEO Council | Corporate Governance | Crisis Management & Resilience | Future of Work | Global Economy | Leadership & Management | Talent Pipelines & Inclusion

The rise of stakeholder capitalism and global uncertainty has made the already difficult CEO job even more challenging. For decades, CNBC, the worldwide leader in business news, has kept chief executives informed and connected with investor audiences. As socioeconomic, geopolitical, and market turbulence persists, the need for sharp, insightful reporting and feet-to-the-fire interviews with the most significant newsmakers on the global stage only grows. For the first time, we convened these newsmakers together with our influential audience, creating a live intimate news forum at our inaugural CEO Council Summit. Council Members and invited guests will be a crucial part of in-depth, mainstage interviews they’re used to only watching on screen. They were able to ask questions and field questions, start conversations and shape them, and hold not only thought leaders accountable, but engage with our journalists and leading contributors. To learn more and see if you qualify to join this council visit cnbccouncils.com/ceo-council.
